Paste a product page link on the home page. Cartkite saves it to your wishlist and, if you turn tracking on, checks that URL every 24 hours. When the listed price falls, you get an email. The free plan includes 3 concurrent product tracks; paid plans raise that limit.

On the store sales pages, follow a retailer. Cartkite watches that store for a listed storewide sale and emails you when one goes live. Following stores is free. You do not paste a product URL.
